2017, print on canvas, hooks, feathers, 80 x 300 x 80 cm

The artwork started from the portrait of Baroness Elsa Bánffy, photography taken by the Dunky Brothers photo studio. We accessed the artifact, part of the National Museum of Transylvanian History Collection (inv.no. M 4029), thanks to the courtesy of Dr. Melinda Mitu. On the back of the photo there is an inscription: Baroness Elsa Bánffy, as an guardian angel with unloosen wings. The text was revealed only after the work was done.
